Welcome to BUZZNOB. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our mobile application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the BUZZNOB mobile application ("App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BUZZNOB (part of BUZZNOB ENTERPRISES). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the App and delete it from your device. Your continued use of the App after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.
2. Description of Service
BUZZNOB is a cross-platform "read-to-earn" application that curates and aggregates trending news across multiple categories including cryptocurrency, technology, politics, sports, entertainment, business, health, and science. The platform enables users to stay informed while earning rewards through various engagement activities. BUZZNOB provides a platform for content creators to publish articles and for readers to discover, consume, and engage with content. The service includes features such as article reading, mining functionality, quest completion, achievement tracking, referral programs, and social interactions. BUZZNOB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with or without notice.
3. User Accounts
To access and use certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password and authentication methods. You agree to immediately notify BUZZNOB of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. You are fully responsible for all activities, transactions, and content associated with your account, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you. BUZZNOB reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any third party without BUZZNOB's prior written consent.
4. Country Restrictions and Legal Compliance
BUZZNOB may not be available, legal, or compliant with local laws and regulations in all countries or jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing or using BUZZNOB, including but not limited to its features, services, token rewards, mining functionality, content creation, or any other aspect of the platform, is legal and compliant with the laws, regulations, and restrictions applicable in your country, state, province, or jurisdiction. You acknowledge that laws regarding cryptocurrency, tokens, digital assets, content platforms, and online services vary significantly across different jurisdictions and may change over time. If any aspect of BUZZNOB is not in compliance with the governing laws of your jurisdiction, you must immediately cease using the App and terminate your account. You are fully responsible for ensuring your compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. BUZZNOB does not provide legal advice and makes no representations or warranties regarding the legality of the App in any specific jurisdiction. By using BUZZNOB, you represent and warrant that your use of the App is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you will not use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations. BUZZNOB reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the App for users in certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion.
5. Mining and Rewards
BUZZNOB offers a mining feature that allows eligible users to earn BUZZ points through passive and active participation. IMPORTANT: $BUZZ points are internal database tokens currently with no monetary value, are not cryptocurrency, are not blockchain tokens, are not securities or investments, and cannot be converted to fiat currency or other assets outside of BUZZNOB's platform. $BUZZ points exist solely within BUZZNOB's database and have no value outside the platform. Mining activities, point distribution rates, reward calculations, eligibility criteria, and all related mechanisms are governed by BUZZNOB's mining rules and policies, which may be updated periodically. Mining rewards are subject to various factors including but not limited to: base mining rates, referral bonuses, activity levels, and platform-wide adjustments. BUZZNOB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate mining features, adjust reward rates, implement caps or limits, and change reward distribution mechanisms at any time with or without prior notice. All $BUZZ points earned are subject to BUZZNOB's terms and may have restrictions on transferability, conversion, or use. BUZZNOB does not guarantee any specific mining returns or point values. In the event of system errors, bugs, or technical issues that result in incorrect point calculations, distributions, or balances, BUZZNOB reserves the right to correct such errors, adjust point balances, and revoke incorrectly awarded points without prior notice.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: (a) attempting to hack, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App; (b) creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or exploit rewards; (c) using automated systems, bots, scripts, or unauthorized third-party software to interact with the App; (d) engaging in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to manipulating rewards, mining, or referral systems; (e) transmitting viruses, malware, or any malicious code; (f) impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation; (g) harassing, threatening, or abusing other users; (h) violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation; (i) infringing upon intellectual property rights; (j) collecting or harvesting user information without authorization; (k) interfering with or disrupting the App's servers or networks; or (l) using the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair BUZZNOB's systems or services. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including but not limited to its software, design, graphics, text, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and all other content and materials, is the exclusive property of BUZZNOB (part of BUZZNOB ENTERPRISES) and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by BUZZNOB. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the App without BUZZNOB's prior written consent. The BUZZNOB name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of BUZZNOB ENTERPRISES and may not be used without permission. Any unauthorized use of BUZZNOB's intellectual property may result in legal action and liability for damages.
8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy and data protection are important to us. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy regularly to stay informed about how we protect your data and respect your privacy rights. The Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding data collection, processing, sharing, security measures, your rights, and how to contact us regarding privacy concerns.
9. Creator Responsibility and Copyright
Creators who publish news articles and content on BUZZNOB are solely responsible for the content they publish. BUZZNOB acts as a platform that enables content creators to share their content. BUZZNOB is not responsible for the articles, news, or content published by creators on our platform. Creators are fully responsible for ensuring that their published content does not infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of third parties, including but not limited to other news platforms, media outlets, or content creators. If a creator publishes content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights, the creator, not BUZZNOB, will be held liable for such violations. BUZZNOB reserves the right to remove any content that is reported to violate copyright or intellectual property rights, but the legal responsibility and consequences for such violations rest solely with the creator who published the content.
10. User and Reader Responsibility
Users and readers of BUZZNOB are solely responsible for their actions, interactions, and use of the platform. BUZZNOB is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from users' engagement with content on the platform. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of information they read, making their own informed decisions, and ensuring their compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. BUZZNOB does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content published by creators. Users are responsible for their own conduct, including but not limited to: how they interpret and use information, any financial or investment decisions made based on content, sharing or redistributing content, and any interactions with other users or creators. BUZZNOB acts solely as a platform provider and is not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from users' actions or decisions made based on content available on the platform.
11. Wallet Features
BUZZNOB integrates with Particle Network to provide wallet functionality, enabling users to create, manage, and use cryptocurrency wallets on the Base blockchain network. IMPORTANT: BUZZNOB has zero control, interference, or responsibility over wallet functionality. All wallet services are provided, managed, and controlled exclusively by Particle Network. By using wallet features in the App, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) you are using Particle Network's wallet services, not BUZZNOB's services; (b) you agree to be bound by Particle Network's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (links available in our Privacy Policy under "Third-Party Services"); (c) you are solely and fully responsible for all wallet-related activities, including but not limited to wallet creation, security, transactions, and all consequences thereof; (d) BUZZNOB does not store, have access to, custody, or control your private keys, seed phrases, PIN codes, wallet passcodes, or any wallet data; (e) BUZZNOB has no ability to recover, restore, or access your wallet, and cannot assist with wallet-related issues; (f) you are fully responsible for all transactions initiated from your wallet, including but not limited to sending and receiving tokens (ETH, ERC-20 tokens, and other digital assets); (g) BUZZNOB is not responsible for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from wallet security breaches, transaction errors, incorrect addresses, network failures, blockchain congestion, gas fee miscalculations, Particle Network service issues, or any other wallet-related issues; (h) blockchain transactions are irreversible, and you are solely responsible for verifying transaction details before confirming; (i) you understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, including but not limited to price volatility, regulatory changes, technical failures, and security vulnerabilities; (j) BUZZNOB does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice regarding cryptocurrencies; and (k) you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency transactions in your jurisdiction. Any disputes, issues, or claims related to wallet functionality must be directed to Particle Network, not BUZZNOB.
12. Third-Party Services
BUZZNOB integrates with various third-party services to provide functionality, including but not limited to: Particle Network (for authentication and wallet services), Appodeal (for advertisement services), Google (for OAuth authentication), and Cloudflare R2 (for content storage). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. BUZZNOB is not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, or content of any third-party services. BUZZNOB does not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for any third-party services, their actions, failures, or data practices. If you access or use third-party services through BUZZNOB, you do so at your own risk. BUZZNOB shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from third-party service failures, security breaches, data breaches, service interruptions, or any other issues related to third-party services. You acknowledge that third-party services may collect, use, and share your information in accordance with their own privacy policies, which may differ from BUZZNOB's Privacy Policy.
13. Advertisement Requirements
Certain features of BUZZNOB, including but not limited to claiming daily rewards and mining rewards, require you to watch rewarded video advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. By using these features, you agree to: (a) watch complete advertisements as required; (b) understand that ad availability is not guaranteed and may vary based on network conditions, geographic location, and other factors; (c) acknowledge that ad networks may collect and use data about your device, location, and viewing behavior in accordance with their privacy policies; (d) accept that BUZZNOB does not control ad content, and you are responsible for your interactions with advertisements; (e) understand that failure to watch required advertisements may prevent you from accessing certain rewards or features; and (f) acknowledge that BUZZNOB is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisements. BUZZNOB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or change advertisement requirements at any time.
14. Content Moderation and Review
All content submitted by creators, including articles, images, and other materials, is subject to review and moderation by BUZZNOB administrators before publication. BUZZNOB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: (a) review, approve, reject, edit, or remove any submitted content for any reason, including but not limited to quality, accuracy, appropriateness, compliance with these Terms, or violation of applicable laws; (b) implement content moderation policies and guidelines that may change over time; (c) require revisions or modifications to content before approval; (d) remove published content at any time without prior notice; and (e) take any other action deemed necessary to maintain platform quality and compliance. BUZZNOB does not guarantee that any submitted content will be approved or published. The review process may take varying amounts of time, and BUZZNOB is not obligated to provide specific reasons for content rejection or removal. Creators acknowledge that content moderation decisions are final and not subject to appeal, except as may be required by applicable law.
15. KYC and Identity Verification
BUZZNOB may require Know Your Customer (KYC) or identity verification processes for certain features, transactions, or compliance purposes. When KYC is required, you agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete identification information and documents; (b) cooperate with verification processes and provide additional information if requested; (c) understand that KYC information will be used solely for verification and compliance purposes as described in our Privacy Policy; (d) acknowledge that failure to complete KYC when required may result in restricted access to certain features or account suspension; and (e) accept that BUZZNOB may use third-party verification services, and your information may be shared with such services in accordance with our Privacy Policy. BUZZNOB reserves the right to require KYC verification at any time, and KYC requirements may vary based on jurisdiction, transaction amounts, or other factors.
16. Social Features and User Interactions
BUZZNOB provides social features that enable users to follow creators, view profiles, and interact with other users. By using social features, you agree to: (a) respect other users and creators, and refrain from harassment, abuse, threats, or any form of harmful behavior; (b) understand that your profile information, including but not limited to username, display name, bio, and avatar, may be visible to other users; (c) acknowledge that BUZZNOB reserves the right to monitor, moderate, and take action against inappropriate social interactions, including but not limited to warnings, content removal, or account suspension; (d) accept that BUZZNOB is not responsible for the conduct of other users or creators, and you interact with them at your own risk; (e) understand that following or unfollowing creators does not create any legal relationship or obligation between you and the creator; and (f) comply with all applicable laws regarding online interactions and communications. BUZZNOB may implement features to report or block users, and you agree to use such features responsibly and not abuse reporting mechanisms.
17. Quests and Achievements
BUZZNOB offers quests and achievement systems that allow users to earn rewards by completing specific tasks or reaching milestones. Quest and achievement features are subject to the following terms: (a) quest requirements, rewards, and availability may change at any time without prior notice; (b) you must complete quests according to their specified requirements to be eligible for rewards; (c) BUZZNOB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate quests or achievements at any time; (d) rewards for quests and achievements are subject to verification, and BUZZNOB may revoke rewards if quest completion is found to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms; (e) achievements may be locked, unlocked, or modified by BUZZNOB administrators for platform management purposes; and (f) BUZZNOB does not guarantee the availability of specific quests or achievements, and some may be time-limited or exclusive.
18. Notifications
BUZZNOB may send you push notifications, in-app notifications, email notifications, and other communications related to your account, activities, rewards, mining sessions, and platform updates. By using the App, you consent to receive such notifications. You may manage notification preferences through your device settings or within the App's settings. However, certain notifications, such as security alerts and important account updates, may not be disabled. BUZZNOB is not responsible for notification delivery failures, delays, or technical issues that may prevent you from receiving notifications. You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and ensuring that notifications are not blocked by your device or email provider.
19. Image and Content Upload
When uploading images or other content to BUZZNOB, including but not limited to profile pictures and article images, you agree to: (a) comply with file size limits (currently 200KB for images) and format requirements (JPG, JPEG, PNG for profiles; JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP for articles); (b) ensure that all uploaded content is appropriate, lawful, and does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws; (c) understand that uploaded content may be stored on third-party storage services (such as Cloudflare R2) and subject to their terms of service; (d) grant BUZZNOB a license to store, display, and use your uploaded content in connection with the App's services; (e) acknowledge that BUZZNOB reserves the right to remove, modify, or reject uploaded content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate; and (f) accept that you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use any content you submit, including obtaining necessary permissions and licenses.
20. Data Security and Breach Liability
BUZZNOB implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, account data, and $BUZZ points. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and BUZZNOB cannot guarantee absolute security against all potential threats, including but not limited to: unauthorized access, data breaches, hacking, malware, phishing, system failures, or human error. In the event of a data breach, security incident, or unauthorized access to BUZZNOB's systems that may affect your personal information or account data, BUZZNOB will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law. However, BUZZNOB shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from security breaches, data breaches, unauthorized access, or any other security incidents, except to the extent required by applicable law. You acknowledge that you use the App at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and device.
21. Points and Rewards System Liability
$BUZZ points are internal database tokens managed by BUZZNOB and currently have no monetary value outside the platform. BUZZNOB is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the points system, including but not limited to: point calculations, reward distributions, balance tracking, and system accuracy. However, BUZZNOB does not guarantee that the points system will be error-free, uninterrupted, or immune to technical issues, bugs, or system failures. In the event of system errors, calculation mistakes, incorrect point distributions, lost points, or any other issues affecting your $BUZZ points balance, BUZZNOB reserves the right to: (a) correct errors and adjust point balances; (b) revoke incorrectly awarded points; (c) restore lost points at BUZZNOB's sole discretion; and (d) make corrections without prior notice. BUZZNOB shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from points system errors, calculation mistakes, lost points, or any other issues affecting the points system, except to the extent that BUZZNOB's own negligence directly causes such issues. You acknowledge that $BUZZ points currently have no monetary value and are not a form of currency, investment, or security.
22. Platform Service Availability and Data Loss
BUZZNOB strives to provide continuous and reliable service, but does not guarantee that the App will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times. The App may experience downtime, maintenance, technical issues, or service interruptions for various reasons, including but not limited to: server maintenance, software updates, technical failures, network issues, or force majeure events. BUZZNOB shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from service unavailability, interruptions, or downtime. Additionally, while BUZZNOB implements data backup and recovery procedures, data loss may occur due to technical failures, system errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. BUZZNOB shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from data loss, including but not limited to: lost $BUZZ points, lost account data, lost content, or lost user information. You are responsible for maintaining backups of any important information and acknowledge that you use the App at your own risk.
23. Leaderboards and Rankings
BUZZNOB provides leaderboards and ranking systems that display user rankings based on points, mining activity, and other engagement metrics. Leaderboard rankings are calculated automatically based on user activity data and may be updated periodically. BUZZNOB does not guarantee the accuracy, fairness, or timeliness of leaderboard rankings, and rankings may be affected by system delays, caching, or technical issues. BUZZNOB reserves the right to: (a) modify ranking algorithms and calculation methods at any time; (b) correct ranking errors or recalculate rankings; (c) remove users from leaderboards for violations of these Terms; (d) adjust or reset leaderboard data; and (e) suspend or discontinue leaderboard features at any time. BUZZNOB shall not be liable for any disputes, claims, or consequences resulting from leaderboard rankings, ranking changes, or leaderboard availability. Leaderboards are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only and do not constitute competitions, contests, or prizes.
24. Creator Upgrades and Purchases
BUZZNOB may offer creator upgrade features that require in-app purchases through third-party platforms (such as Google Play Store or Apple App Store). All purchases are processed by the respective platform providers, and BUZZNOB is not responsible for payment processing, refunds, or purchase disputes. Refund requests must be directed to the platform provider (Google Play or Apple App Store) in accordance with their refund policies. BUZZNOB does not guarantee refunds for creator upgrades or any other in-app purchases. If you purchase a creator upgrade, you acknowledge that: (a) the purchase is final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policies; (b) creator features and benefits may change at any time; (c) BUZZNOB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue creator features; and (d) any points or rewards awarded with creator upgrades are subject to these Terms and may be revoked if you violate these Terms. BUZZNOB shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from creator upgrade purchases, purchase failures, or changes to creator features.
25. Account Deletion and Data Retention
You may request account deletion at any time through the App's account deletion features or by contacting support. Upon account deletion: (a) your account, profile, and associated data will be permanently deleted from BUZZNOB's systems; (b) all $BUZZ points, rewards, achievements, and other in-app progress will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered; (c) all content you created (including articles) may be deleted or anonymized; (d) your social connections (followers, following) will be removed; and (e) BUZZNOB may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as transaction records, security logs, or compliance requirements). Account deletion is irreversible, and BUZZNOB shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from account deletion or data loss. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before deleting your account. BUZZNOB may also delete inactive accounts or accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
26. Age Restrictions and Minors
BUZZNOB is intended for users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you must not use the App, and if you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to BUZZNOB, you must contact us immediately. BUZZNOB does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If BUZZNOB discovers that a user is under 18, BUZZNOB will immediately terminate the account and delete all associated data. BUZZNOB shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from minors using the App in violation of these Terms. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of digital services and ensuring compliance with age restrictions.
27. Force Majeure
BUZZNOB shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms resulting from acts beyond BUZZNOB's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, epidemics, network or infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, government actions, or any other cause beyond BUZZNOB's reasonable control. In the event of such circumstances, BUZZNOB may suspend or terminate services, and BUZZNOB's obligations under these Terms shall be suspended for the duration of such circumstances. BUZZNOB will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as practicable.
28. Export Controls and Sanctions
You acknowledge that the App, its services, and any related technology may be subject to export control laws and regulations of various jurisdictions, including but not limited to the United States Export Administration Regulations and international sanctions programs. You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws and regulations. You represent and warrant that: (a) you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to comprehensive sanctions; (b) you are not on any sanctions list maintained by the United Nations, United States, European Union, or other applicable jurisdictions; (c) you will not use the App in violation of any export control or sanctions laws; and (d) you will not transfer, export, or re-export the App or any related technology to any prohibited country or person. BUZZNOB reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the App for users in sanctioned jurisdictions or who violate export control laws.
29. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BUZZNOB (part of BUZZNOB ENTERPRISES), its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations; (d) your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party; (e) content you submit, post, or transmit through the App; (f) your interactions with other users or creators; (g) any claims made by third parties regarding content you publish or actions you take on the platform; and (h) any other matter for which you are responsible under these Terms or applicable law. This indemnification obligation will survive termination of your account and these Terms.
30. Disclaimers
While BUZZNOB strives to provide a reliable and secure service, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. BUZZNOB implements industry-standard security measures and takes data protection seriously; however, no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security against all potential threats.
31. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BUZZNOB, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or other intangible losses, regardless of whether BUZZNOB has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory. In no event shall BUZZNOB's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to BUZZNOB in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ten dollars ($10), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
32. Changes to Terms
BUZZNOB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App, via email to your registered email address, or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after such modifications become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. 33. Termination
BUZZNOB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) violation of applicable laws or regulations; (d) extended periods of inactivity; (e) requests by law enforcement or government agencies; (f) technical or security issues; or (g) discontinuation or modification of the App or any portion thereof. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and BUZZNOB may delete your account, data, and content associated with your account. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using account deletion features within the App. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations.
34. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BUZZNOB (part of BUZZNOB ENTERPRISES) operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits. If arbitration is not permitted or enforceable, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction where BUZZNOB operates. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Agreement
By using BUZZNOB (part of BUZZNOB ENTERPRISES), you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
